Viet Nam Golf Magazine in coordination with Viet Nam Golf Association, Viet Nam National Administration of Tourism (VNAT) and General Department of Gymnastics and Sports held awarding ceremony to announce titles for winners in the campaign "Vote for Viet Nam’s best golf course 2010 - 2011" on October 5, 2011 at the Movenpick Hotel (Hanoi).

The participants in the ceremony included Chairman of the Viet Nam Golf Association, General Editor of the Viet Nam Golf Magazine Doan Manh Giao, Deputy Director General of the VNAT Nguyen Manh Cuong, representatives of the General Department of Gymnastics and Sports and golf courses in Viet Nam and journalists.
Speaking at the ceremony, the Deputy Director General of VNAT Nguyen Manh Cuong said the event "Vote for Viet Nam’s best golf course 2010 - 2011" has contributed to praise the beauty of the golf courses in Viet Nam and encourage them in improving to meet international standards on environment as well as needs of players. This also aims to introduce the Viet Nam’s golf tourism potential to golfers at home and abroad, contribute to attract more and more international visitors to Viet Nam.

The campaign "Vote for Viet Nam’s best golf course 2010 - 2011" lasted from October 1, 2010 to July 31, 2011 with more than 756,000 votes. The votes were conducted through telephone, fax, email, website www.vietnamgolfmagazine.net and post to the Organization Board. And only the golf courses which have 18 holes or more and came into operation before October 2010 were selected to vote.
The Organization Board announced and awarded thirteen prizes for golf courses as follows:
- “Viet Nam's Best Golf Course 2010-2011” for The Montgomerie Links Golf Course (Da Nang City);
- “Viet Nam's Best New Golf Course 2010-2011” and “Viet Nam's Best Club-House Golf Course 2010-2011” for Da Nang Golf Club;
- “Viet Nam's Best Customer Service Golf Course 2010-2011” for Thu Duc Golf Course (Ho Chi Minh City);
- “Viet Nam's Best Golfing Experience Golf Course 2010-2011” and “Viet Nam's Most Beautiful Golf Course 2010-2011” for Dalat Palace Golf Club (Lam Dong Province);
- “Viet Nam's Best Design Golf Course 2010-2011” for Song Be Golf Resort (Binh Duong Province) (Desert Course);
- “Viet Nam's Most Challenging Golf Course 2010-2011” for Sea Links Golf and Country Club (Binh Thuan Province);
- “Viet Nam's Best Caddie Golf Course 2010-2011” for Dong Mo Golf Course (Ha Noi);
- “Viet Nam's Most Potential New Golf Course 2010-2011” for Song Gia Golf and Country Club (Hai Phong City);
- “Viet Nam's Best Par 3 Golf Course 2010-2011” for Ocean Dunes Golf Club (Binh Thuan Province) (Hole#9);
- “Viet Nam's Best Par 4 Golf Course 2010-2011” for Tam Dao Golf and Resort (Vinh Phuc Province) (Hole#5);
- “Viet Nam's Best Par 5 Golf Course 2010-2011” for Twin Doves Golf Club (Binh Duong Province) (Hole#2) and Do Son Seaside Golf Resort (Hai Phong City) (Hole#18).
